The reception staff are welcoming, smiling, attentive to your needs. They speak at least one foreign language and are able to provide reliable tourist information.

Convivial Hospitality
All members are committed to fully satisfy each of their customers, offering them convivial hospitality, in the true respect of French hotel values and traditions.

Authenticity
Each member keeps his individuality and genuineness while ensuring to bring regional character in the appearance of the hotel as in the type of accommodations offered. He will always prefer regional produce and specialities as well as local drinks.

Professionalism
The member and his staff have recognized professional qualifications and skills.
Each member pledges to make his staff especially aware of the importance of their appearance, manners and courtesy towards customers.

Safety and standards
Members pledge to ensure health and safety standards in compliance with the legislation relative to their field of activity.
Prices must be displayed according to current regulations.
As much as possible, the member will ensure that access to accommodations is made easier for disabled guests.

Monitoring
To ensure that guests fully benefit from the commitments taken by our members, “mystery” visits might be done by persons not belonging to the association.
In case of change of management a quality control will be done compulsorily.
